This metric is the percent reduction in energy consumption, based on the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) by fiscal year. The difference between the given year EUI and the baseline FY08 EUI is divided by the baseline FY08 EUI. The data is provided by F&S Utilities & Energy Services.
