AFMFA Energy Conservation Projects (Ongoing)

Description

Today's Deferred Maintenance Program is designed to systematically address many maintenance needs, including improved electrical service, ventilation, building envelopes, interior finishes, and other deferred maintenance needs. Energy conservation projects are also being undertaken to reduce energy costs and provide a more sustainable campus.  The Deferred Maintenance projects that incorporate significant energy savings are listed here, with details about cost, scope, location, and schedule.

Background

The Deferred Maintenance Program covers numerous large projects on campus.  It often contributes to energy conservation projects on campus, and clear information about individual projects is regularly updated on the Deferred Maintenance Website.  There is also a map of planned construction projects by semester.
