Description

The Center of Advanced Materials for the Purification of Water with Systems (WaterCAMPWS) is a center at the University focusing on the development of new materials and systems to purify water safely, economically, and sustainably for human use. WaterCAMPWS is funded at $4 million annually through the National Science Foundation Science and Technology Center. The goal of the center is to create a drastic reduction in the necessary chemical and energy use for purifying water.
