The Bicycle Programs and Infrastructure Fee would be used to fund bike-related projects at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Use of the funds would include but not be limited to creating better bike infrastructure, expanding bike parking, creating safety courses and materials for bike encouragement and education, and creating a bike rental program. The funds would be managed by a committee comprised of at least two-thirds (2/3rds) students.
