This is data provided by F&S Utilities and Energy Services.  The number represents the total British Thermal Units (BTUs) purchased by campus, from a sum of fuels purchased to make steam and electricity, plus additional electricity purchased straight from the grid or through Power Purchase Agreements.  This metric is tracked by fiscal year and reported in million BTUs (MMBTUs).
