   1. Kevin McSweeney, chair member of committee, wished everyone an enjoyable and safe holiday season
2. Tree Campus Plan – status update
   
   1. A yearly tree care plan is needed for the re-application of a registered Tree Campus USA member
   2. Sinead Soltis will reach out if information is needed to help complete the plan
3. Tree Policies
   
   1. Next semester will include discussions on updating the facility standards for updated consequences to damaging trees on campus  
4. Big Tree discussion
   
   1. Plans for the spring to learn how to measure and submit other award-winning trees around campus to be recoginized in Illinois- when COVID allows
