  1. Priorities for FY23 - GIS needs

    Hi Morgan,

     

    Here are the list of projects where I need GIS support for the remainder of this FY:

    1. Updating the Bike Map – the bike routes are from an older version. Chad and Justin know about this. Needs to be done asap!
    2. Bike Census – Now I think April 26 is the only date I can have this event. Need the updated bike map and new Field Maps app set up for Bike Census.
    3. Abandoned bicycles – We have to start the project after graduation (no later than May 31). I will need Field Maps app set up for Abandoned Bicycles. We had used this system last year.

  3. Press Release - 2014 Bike Map released

    C-U Area Bicycle Map

    Champaign County Bikes (CCB) announces “Go by Bike”, the latest version of its Champaign-Urbana-Savoy Bicycle Guide and Map. CCB will begin making it available through local bicycle shops, City and Park District offices, and public libraries. In addition, the map will be distributed by the University of Illinois to students, faculty and staff as well as at CU-MTD’s Illinois Terminal. The map will also be available at Urbana’s Market at the Square, Sat., Sept. 27, from 7am - 12pm.

  4. 2014 Bicycle Guide & Map Released

    Champaign County Bikes, with support from the University of Illinois, the Cities of Champaign and Urbana, and many local area organizations and businesses, has released the 2014 Champaign-Urbana-Savoy Area Bicycle Guide and Map.  

    The Office of the Dean of Students sponsored the printing of 12,000 copies of the map for Campus, which are being distributed to units in August. University staff and student interns worked with CCB to help edit and design the Guide and Map.

    The third (2014) publication of the map was released in August, 2013. The Office of the Dean of Students provided funding for the printing of 12,000 copies to be distributed across campus during the 2013-2014 school year. To request printed copies for your department or group, please contact the Campus Bicycle Coordinator, Amelia Neptune, at aneptune@illinois.edu.
