Working Bikes rescues discarded bicycles and gives them new life by redistributing them as tools of empowerment in local and global communities.  This metric tracks the total donated to Working Bikes each year from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and The Bike Project of Urbana-Champaign.  The quantity is provided by the Campus Bike Center manager after the bikes have been loaded onto the semitruck.
