Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) Climate Action Plan |
The Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) is interested in forming a climate action plan for their unit to support the 2015 Illinois Climate Action Plan (iCAP). Masters student in CEE, Gopal Pareek, is working with sustainability staff to draft a climate action plan targeted to DIA-specific opportunities. |
DIA Green Team |
The Division of Intercollegiate Athletics (DIA) has started a green team. This team is looking at options for improving sustainability practices within DIA and opportunities to incorporate sustainability into major DIA events. |
Energy Conservation Incentive Program (ECIP) |
For many departments on campus, energy and utility costs do not impact research, teaching, or departmental budgets. The academic departments are supplied with utilities through the campus administrative budget. For these departments, an incentive program has been implemented to encourage these units to conserve energy. |
