• Quinn put together this Portal Rework Notebook (available to anyone in the iCAP Portal Project Teams channel)
• Quinn's proposed changes:
  • Migrate from Themes at top of project hierarchy to Objectives at top of project hierarchy
  • Objectives Dashboard: migrate from long table of all Objectives to collapsed listing of Themes
    • Expand each theme to reveal Objectives under that Theme
    • Include Milestones for each Objective (collapsed initially, expand to reveal specific Milestones achieved for that Objective)
    • Old Objectives dashboards: could display old dashboards using current table view or use new display
      • Decision: implement 2026 dashboard for initial launch, add old dashboards & projects later
  • Project hierarchy:
    • Decrease number of Projects in hierarchies
    • We'll need to discuss what happens to current Projects which wouldn't exist in new system
      • Will they still be Projects that just aren't displayed in hierarchies?
      • Will they be represented by some other content type(s) that connect to Projects?
