From 8/3 to 8/7, Frida revised the survey block map and perception-based survey questions based on the discussion with Sarthak and Emma, and then updated them to Survey123 app.  

The survey block map is attached. It has 63 blocks and is divided into three zones according to CATS. Zone 1 represents the highest priority of data collection while Zone 3 represents the lowest priority. 

The perception-based survey has 34 questions which consists of three question types: single select, multiple select, and Likert scale. The survey has seven structures as follows: 

1. Surveyor Information
2. Survey Typology
3. Safety
4. Path Quality
5. Bicyclists Behavior
6. Safety Perception
7. Overall Quality
