The iCAP Working Group (iWG) met on May 21, 2015, to discuss and start the assessment of SWATeam recommendation, PWR004 Purchasing Coordinator. The iWG's official comment on this recommendation was: "OBFS should allocate staff time to develop and implement policy changes to reduce waste, to meet the commitments of the iCAP."
