All, Been slow but good here, as we’re in a lull between spring semester and summer sessions. Slow times allow us to provide better service to the folks that do come through, so that’s a positive.

One of the F&S departmental bike share bikes was repaired by Sarthak Prasad and Jake Benjamin at the Campus Bike Center on May 22, 2025. There is one more F&S departmental bike share bicycle that will repaired sometime next week.

Last week was decidedly unbusy, surprisingly! Easter weekend made for a quieter Friday.

On Thursday was another installment of our instructional class, which went well. Friday was our first Bike Center on the Quad event, which also went well. We also received our first end-of-semester/graduation donation.

Things are picking up and to meet demand, we’ll work on getting some more bikes for sale. We did have nice 3 speed Build-a-Bike finished this week.

We were closed last week for Spring Break. Used the quiet time to crank out a few more bikes. We’re hovering around double digits in the for-sale department.

A full week of warm weather is forthcoming, so we should be busy. We’ll be closed next week for Spring Break and right after that our full Mon – Fri schedule will resume.

Still slow but have had a few people in looking for bikes or B-a-Bs but no sales on either. With the warmer weather this week, we’ll likely be busier. I’ve got a half dozen bikes to safety check while the weather is cooperating.

Uneventful over here. Slow and cold. Plodding away at bikes and wheels to have a good supply of both come the busy times. This week I’ll meet some TBP volunteers to clean out the barn more, as it’ll be March soon.
