Hi Pete and Shawn--
This past week, Morgan put me in touch with Meredith Moore to set up a time to discuss tiny scale composting. We have a phone call set up for this coming Tuesday.
Best regards,
Marya Ryan
RailSplitter Wind Farm provided the September 2019 Buyer's Share amounts by hour, totaling 1,490.2 Megawatt hours. See attached file.

Attached are the meeting minutes for the Zero Waste SWATeam meeting on 15 October 2019, as well as a document referenced within the document.
The team discussed the current structure of the conversations around 2020 iCAP renewal and whether that would be the most efficient (in terms of both impact and timeframe) manner to create new objectives.
Hi Pete and Shawn--
There were no zero waste activities this past week.
Best regards,
Marya Ryan
The Energy SWATeam's early October meeting involved discussions on the draft 2020 iCAP Objectives created by the SWATeam members.
Attached are the minutes from the Transportation SWATeam meeting on 10 October. Discussed were the iCAP 2020 objectives, reflections on iCAP 2015 objectives, and facing the biggest issue with the obejctives: Metrics.
Sara Mason, Chantelle Hicks, and Morgan White discussed revisions to the Bee Campus USA web presence. For ease of maintenance, the iCAP Portal seems to be a more friendly process for providing updates and keeping the web content current and active. Sara could do the entries this year, and future students could do entries in the future years. The updates can also be shared on other websites, when requested. Sara will bring this idea back to the student committee, for a decision.
Attached are the meeting minutes from the Zero Waste meeting on 8 October 2019. Once again, iCAP 2020 objectives were discussed; specifically, sustainable procurement (discussion led by Aaron Finder) took up the bulk of the meeting, with reuse of surplus goods taking up the last part.
Hi Pete and Shawn--
This past week, I replied to Savannah Feher of ISTC's questions on the recycling FAQ that she is developing. I also consulted with Morgan White on possible campus contacts for additional information to provide to Savannah.
Best regards,
Marya Ryan
Attached are the meeting minutes from the Transportation SWATeam, where the iCAP 2020 objectives were discussed. Of five general topics, two have definitive objectives, one needs outside consulting, and two have not yet been discussed.
Attached are the meeting minutes of the meeting on 1 October.
Food waste was discussed and potential objectives were discussed.
Additionally, Landon Hill of DRS joined the group for a quick chat about the DRS battery recycling program.
Hi Pete and Shawn—
This past week, I reviewed PWR and ZW SWATeam recommendations, the F&S Indoor Solid Waste and Recycling Collection Report, and a recent version of a campus recycling FAQ that Morgan had commented on. I sent an update on toner cartridge recycling, which is one of the FAQ topics. I also read the SWATeam iCAP 2020 evaluation and sent Morgan a few comments on it.
Best regards,
Marya Ryan

Hello Pete and Shawn,
I let the person who inquired about toner cartridge recycling last month know that Purchasing is still awaiting further information from Office Depot. Aaron Finder from Purchasing will let me know when he hears from them.
Best regards,
Marya Ryan
